Located in the heart of Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, Grand Pré Wines combines European tradition with the distinctive characteristics of the region’s cool-climate wines. During the tasting, the Grand Pré team will guide participants through each wine, share stories from the vineyard, and offer expert tips for pairing wine with food.
Registration is free. Participants may also purchase an optional $175 tasting package while quantities last. The package includes:
- Field Blend (Red): A medium-bodied red with notes of plum, cherry, and subtle spice
- Tidal Bay (White): Bright and aromatic with citrus, stone fruit, and a crisp finish
- Bacon Jam: Rich and savoury, ideal with meats, cheese, or bread
- Rosehip & Chili Jelly: Sweet with a gentle heat, perfect for cheese and charcuterie
The handcrafted condiments are prepared by the culinary team at Restaurant Le Caveau, Grand Pré’s acclaimed winery restaurant. Package purchasers will also receive a simple shopping list with a few fresh ingredients to complete the guided pairings.
